Ingredients

1 tbsp vegetable oil

80 g cocoa powder

170 g light margarine

3/4 cup all purpose white flour

100 g semi-sweet chocolate chips

3 large eggs

15 pieces ferrero rocher

1 tsp vanilla extract

271 g granulated sugar

Directions

1.	Preheat the oven to 375°F. Grease the muffin tins.
2.	Mix all the ingredients except for the Ferrero Roche.
3.	Scoop the mixture into muffin tins then push in Ferrero Roche.
4.	Bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
